Dan Timm – President
With over 40 years of experience in racing engine development and shop management, Dan Timm brings unmatched expertise and heart to AEC. His journey began in a small Wisconsin garage and evolved into a decades-long career at Wegner Motorsports Inc., where he helped grow the company into a multi-million-dollar operation. Dan’s leadership is rooted in hard work, integrity, and a deep love for the craft. He’s the face of AEC, working closely with customers, leading innovation, and overseeing operations with a hands-on approach. His story is one of resilience, faith, and a relentless drive to build something meaningful—from the ground up.

Paul Schwandt – General Manager
With over 10 years of experience as an engine machinist and manager, Paul ensures the shop runs smoothly day in and day out. He manages technicians, provides performance feedback, and supports customer relationships. Paul’s technical knowledge and leadership make him an essential part of the AEC team, backing up Dan’s responsibilities and helping drive the company forward.
